Ijo

The Ijo live in the Niger River Delta where fish are abundant providing the Ijo with their principal means of substinence. They were the first tribe to settle in the Niger River Delta and now live on the Shore of the Atlantic Ocean. The Niger River Delta area covers the entire southern part of Nigeria from the Benin River in the west to the Cross River in the east.
